Performance Package

2019-2021 Cummins 6.7L

Step 1 // Tuning

Required

Tuning is the essential ingredient behind your vehicle's performance, providing the foundation for significant power enhancements. We offer a diverse selection of custom tuning options from top companies to bring you the best in the industry. For more details on the different platforms used for custom tuning, please visit our FAQ page!

It is required to choose 1 tuning option.

Below, you'll find a step-by-step diesel engine tuning process to ensure your truck is performing at its best. Some steps are essential, while others are optional add-ons to enhance performance. Each step is designed to optimize different aspects of your engine's functionality. Follow the guide below to achieve peak performance and longevity for your vehicle. If you have any questions along the way, or if anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to give us a shout and one of our team would be happy to help you out.

Step 2 // Unlock Cable

Required

A required cable for all 2018+ Cummins trucks that must be installed prior to tuning.

Step 3 // Exhaust

Required

Exhaust systems are a requirement for emissions-off tuning, allowing you to say goodbye to filling your DEF. Factory exhausts are restrictive and include DPFs and catalytic converters, which can cause issues like clogged DPFs. Fortunately, you have several exhaust options available. Delete pipes are the most economical choice, replacing the DPF section while retaining the rest of your factory exhaust, whereas full exhaust kits replace the entire factory system and offer the option to include a muffler.

Step 4 // EGR Solution

Recommended & Peace of Mind

EGR Delete kits are not required, you can unplug EGR connectors and leave it installed. However, removing your EGR system using an EGR Delete kit prevents issues further down the road such as EGR Valves not sealing. In most cases, removing your EGR System with the use of one of these kits also frees up space in your engine bay making other areas easier to access and service. Our team recommends the use of EGR Delete kits when tuning a truck using emissions off tuning for peace of mind and reliability.

Step 5 // Intake Kit

Recommended & Badass

Aftermarket intakes are designed to flow better than stock intake systems, which means you will see a horsepower and torque increase along with optional cleanable filters for easier maintenance. In most cases there is also a noticeable difference in turbo sound allowing you to hear your turbo spooling!

Step 6 // Monitoring

Recommended & Saves Money Down the Road

Monitoring your vehicle's parameters are a crucial part of any workhorse trucks that tow heavy loads or are built for high horsepower applications. These devices give you the ability to monitor vital information to ensure you keep your truck running in optimal conditions and avoid abusive behavior that can lead to costly repairs.

Step 7 // Add Some Sauce
